	D.P. Sharma
	DP Sharma is an astute business leader with a strong combination of cross- functional experience in diverse industries and geographies. Global sales and marketing is his forte. He has spent a large portion of his career spanning 26 years of service to high profile clientele across disparate industry verticals including BFSI, Oil Gas, Manufacturing et al. Europe, Middle East and Africa are his favorite playing fields. He has effectively discharged complete P/L management responsibilities for agreed and defined business practices right from planning to execution, including client interactions at the CXO levels for strategic as well as regular operational issues. Successfully devised new strategic initiatives culminating in international recognition of the organization’s services, product offerings and solutions, culminating in the generation of multi-million dollar revenues for the organizations he served. DP is a Management graduate and has been in top management positions with large and reputed organizations like Tata Unisys, Unisys Corporation, L&T and the Sahara Group.

	Carl Johan Rosenquist
	Carl Johan Rosenquist is a highly respected strategic business and IT consultant with extensive international line management, project management, project director and technical advisor experience working in the Financial Services, Central Banking, Securities and Stock Exchange Domain, virtual-Commerce, Energy and Government sectors. In his career, which spans more than 32 years in the IT industry, he has held senior project and Technical Advisor positions with a number of leading international companies and charities including Logica, ICL, CACI, Sema Group, SchlumbergerSema, Tandem, Compaq, HP, GFG Group, Pacific Century Cyber Works (PCCW), Montran Corporation, SIA (Italy), Unisys, the World Bank, International Monetary Fund and The Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP).

	Mashudu Tshivhase
	Mashudu Tshivhase worked in various administrative and information technology areas with Vaal Triangle Administration Board, Lindsay Saker, Sperry Univac and Unisys. He became one of the first Black IT Businessmen in South Africa with establishment of a Black Information Technology Company in 1988 (Vendata). He also established a computer solutions company, Star Award Solutions in 1994. In 1999 African Legend Technologies – a company offering a complete ICT solution was established. Mashudu Tshivhase is currently the Group Executive Chairman of Muelekanyi Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a broad based BEE group with subsidiaries: Muelekanyi Mining (Pty) Ltd; Muelekanyi Technologies (Pty) Ltd: Muelekanyi Capital and Muelekanyi Telecommunications (Pty) Ltd. He is also Executive Chairman of African Legend Technologies (Pty) Ltd, AL Indigo (Pty) Ltd and Tshivhase Agridam (Pty) Ltd. His other directorships include: Tanzania Project Partners (TPP) ; AL Indigo Nigeria: African Ultra Violet Suppliers (Pty) Ltd; Legend Energy (Pty) Ltd; Tshira Consolidated Investments (Pty) Ltd and GAP-id (Pty) Ltd. His community involvement in African Telecommunications Forum (ATF) and the Black Information Technology Forum (BITF) is incredible. He is also one of the founders of BITF.

	David Hughes
	David Hughes is a very experienced Strategist, Consultant and Business Advisor and Programme/Project Director; He has been responsible for very large projects and held senior management positions in both the public and private sectors in the UK and Australia in such companies as ICL (now Fujitsu), Unisys and Dimension Data. His management positions have included responsibility for over 60 countries in the Asia/Pacific region, Eastern and Western Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has had P&L responsibility and managed all aspects of software development. Based in the UK, today David provides consultancy to IT Organizations with ambitions to develop their range of services and geographical markets. He also acts as a Business Advisor to Medcare, a UK based charity which runs a Children's Medical Centre in Uganda."

	Marwan Shanti
	Marwan Shanti has over twenty six years of Information Technology and System Integration experience across E&P industrial, technology and infrastructure-related companies with multinational institutions in USA, UK, Saudi Arabia and UAE, including Andersen Consulting/Accenture, PriceWaterHouseCooper, Saudi Aramco and Research In Motion (RIM). He was in a top management position at Saudi Aramco for 10 years reporting to CIO on the implementation of largest SAP ERP programme, before which he spent 8 years in a senior management position in Accenture SI Dallas/ PriceWaterHouseCooper New York in the E&P System Integration practices. As an entrepreneur, He co-founded EMS, who was the market leader for launching Blackberry services in the MENA region. He co-founded AxentTech, as a DIC-based System Integrator and services provider. Marwan is a US citizen and holds an MBA from McCombs School of Business, The University of Texas at Austin and BSC Structural Engineering from Leeds University, UK.

	Kiran Rao
	Kiran Rao is an IT professional with over 23 years rich experience in the industry with reputed IT companies (Little Woods UK (Shop Direct Group), HDNL UK,Transactis UK, L&T Infotech and Inatech Infosolutions to name a few) managing & overseeing Business Units, ODC Operations, IT Consulting, Customer Accounts and the successful initiation, execution & delivery of software projects in a diverse range of technologies. Demonstrated competencies in conceptualization / creation of flexible / expandable software architecture to meet client requirements Kiran’s has his expertise in Oracle, Java / J2EE and Microsoft Technology .He’s been an efficient Manager and has effectively showcased his managerial skills in achieving the company’s objectives. He has excellent knowledge on strategic technology planning and has been supportive in the activities of his peers under various lines of business. He has executed at par as an ambassador of change for successful implementation of business solutions in organizations within pre-set budgets and deadlines. He is an enterprising leader with the ability to train and motivate cross-cultural teams in optimizing their performance levels.
